Our daycare centers are open during the following hours:
Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Friday from 7:30 – 17:00

We are closed on weekends and holidays.

Vacations: Summer (2 weeks, August), Christmas/New Year (up to two weeks), Easter or Pentecost (one week).

Training and other closing days: Separate announcement in the facility.

Booking fees (see price list)
Our facilities receive equal funding through BayKiBig from the City of Munich and the State of Bavaria. In addition, parents’ contributions for childcare are added depending on the booking hours.
Starting January 1, 2026, we will participate in the Munich Childcare Funding (MKF). Discounts are available upon request starting with two children for whom child benefit is received.

 Discounts within the MKF

The childcare fee can be reduced to €0 if proof is provided of receiving citizen’s benefit (Bürgergeld), housing benefit, child supplement, benefits under the Asylum Seekers’ Benefits Act, or possession of the Munich Pass. Please inform us of this when signing the contract.

 Sibling discount

Starting with the second child living in your household for whom you receive child benefit, we can reduce the parental fee by 50%. For this, we require a copy of your current child benefit notice as proof.

 Cost coverage

An application for coverage of parental fees can be submitted to the Economic Youth Assistance of the Social Department (WJH). In each individual case, it will be assessed to what extent the costs can be covered by the WJH (partial subsidy or full cost coverage).
For this, you will need proof of family income and expenses and of custody.
You will receive the required confirmation and the childcare contract from us, which you can submit at the local Social Services Center (Sozialbürgerhaus) or online.
